Your Booking Terms & Conditions

Age Requirements

This booking is specifically for our current Kids’ Forest Quad Bike Trekking Experience for riders aged 8 to 14.

Every rider must be at least 8 years old and no older than 14 on the event date. Riders outside this age range cannot currently participate.

No refund or transfer will be offered where a space has been booked for an ineligible rider.

Cancellations & Refunds

Our 100% money-back guarantee is only available where:

• The booking was made at least seven days before the event date
• The cancellation is requested within 24 hours of the booking being made
• The cancellation is submitted by email to bookings@goactionforest.co.uk

Email must be used to avoid any discrepancy over when the cancellation request was received.

Once 24 hours have passed from the time of booking, all bookings are strictly non-refundable.

No-shows, Drop-outs & Replacement Riders

Any rider who does not attend or fails to arrive for any reason will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

Each booked space reserves a Quad Bike, Events Staff and session capacity. We may also have turned away other customers after your session reached capacity.

Bookings are not name-specific, so an absent rider may be replaced by another eligible rider aged 8 to 14. The replacement rider must meet all participation requirements and have a correctly completed Entrance Form Disclaimer.

Changing Your Event Date

Bookings within seven days of the event date cannot be transferred to another date under any circumstances.

Any date change requested more than seven days before the event will be subject to a £15 administration and reactivation fee per rider.

The fee must be paid and the replacement date confirmed no later than the original event date.

The new event must take place within two months of the original event date and remains subject to availability.

Late Arrival & Safety and Operations Briefing

All riders must arrive at the Arrival Time stated on the booking confirmation and attend the complete Safety and Operations Briefing and Quad Bike induction.

Riders who miss the briefing may be refused participation. We cannot delay the session, provide a separate briefing or extend the confirmed End Time.

No refund, credit or transfer will be offered where participation or driving time is lost because a rider or group arrives late.

Weather & Circumstances Outside Our Control

Forest Quad Bike Trekking operates in a wide range of weather conditions. Riders must arrive wearing suitable footwear and clothing for an outdoor forest activity.

If an event cannot operate safely because of severe weather, Trek conditions, government restrictions, natural disasters or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, refunds will not apply.

Affected groups or parties will be offered the flexibility to rebook free of charge. The rebooking credit will remain valid for up to 13 months from the original event date and will be subject to availability.

Entrance Form Disclaimers

Every rider must have a correctly completed physical Entrance Form Disclaimer before participating.

As every rider will be aged between 8 and 14, each form must be completed or counter-signed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over.

All information must be complete, accurate and truthful. False, incomplete or misleading information could affect the safety of riders and staff and may invalidate relevant insurance protection.

Failure to provide a correctly completed Entrance Form may result in the rider being unable to participate without a refund or transfer.

Rider Eligibility & Participation

All riders must be able to safely operate the Quad Bike controls, maintain the required riding position, follow Events Staff instructions and wear a correctly fitted and securely fastened safety helmet.

Progression from the Twin Starter Loops Forest Skills Course to the Forest Quad Trek Challenge is based on each rider demonstrating the required level of control and competence.

GO Action Forest does not guarantee that every rider will complete every driving session, Trek feature or performance level.

The session structure, Trek route and performance levels may be adjusted for rider ability, group safety, weather, ground conditions or operational requirements.

Safety & Behaviour

All riders must follow the Forest Quad Bike Trekking Golden Rules and every instruction given by Events Staff.

GO Action Forest may restrict or stop a rider’s participation if they cannot safely control their Quad Bike, refuse to follow instructions, behave dangerously or place themselves or another person at risk.

Removal from the activity for safety or behavioural reasons will not entitle the rider or organiser to a refund, credit or transfer.

Quad Bikes & Equipment

All Quad Bikes, helmets, combat suits and other equipment remain the property of GO Action Forest and must be used responsibly and only as instructed.

The group or party organiser will be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing equipment that is deliberately damaged or misused by anyone within their group.

Fair wear and tear and genuine accidental damage occurring during normal instructed use will not be charged.

Group or Party Food

As a private venue, all group or party food must be purchased or pre-ordered through GO Action Forest.

Outside party food, takeaway orders and alternative food deliveries cannot be brought into or ordered to the venue. Birthday cakes are permitted.

Customers remain responsible for checking ingredients and allergen information directly with the relevant food manufacturer or supplier. GO Action Forest cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Personal Belongings

Personal belongings are brought onto the site at the owner’s risk.

GO Action Forest does not accept responsibility for items that are lost, stolen, damaged or left behind.

Special Offers & Promotions

Special offers, discounts, promotional prices and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with another offer unless expressly stated.

Where more than one offer could apply, the lowest eligible price will be used. Offers cannot be combined or stacked.

Rider Eligibility & Safety

Every rider must:

• Be aged 8 to 14 on the event date
• Understand and follow Events Staff instructions
• Safely operate the Quad Bike controls
• Maintain the required seated riding position
• Wear a correctly fitted and securely fastened safety helmet

Participation is subject to an on-site safety assessment by our Events Staff.

Where necessary, Events Staff may provide additional support, reduce a Quad Bike’s performance level, keep a rider within a suitable training area or stop their participation.

Completion of all three driving sessions, Trek features or performance levels cannot be guaranteed.

Medical Conditions & Additional Needs

The group or party organiser must tell us in advance about any medical condition, injury, disability, additional need, behavioural requirement or medication that could affect a rider’s safe participation.

This does not necessarily prevent participation. It allows us to understand the rider’s needs and consider what support or reasonable adjustments may be possible.

If you are unsure whether a rider can safely participate, please contact us before your event.

Behaviour, Safety & Equipment

All riders must follow the Forest Quad Bike Trekking Golden Rules and every instruction given by Events Staff.

Dangerous, disruptive, abusive or deliberately non-compliant behaviour may result in a rider being removed from the activity without a refund.

All Quad Bikes, helmets, combat suits and other equipment must be used responsibly and only as instructed.

The group or party organiser will be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing equipment that is deliberately damaged or misused by anyone within their group.

Changes to the Terms & Conditions

GO Action Forest reserves the right to amend its Terms & Conditions when reasonably required, including changes necessary for legal, regulatory, operational or safety reasons.

By making a booking and allowing your child to attend, you confirm that you understand and accept the following information and conditions.

Food, Allergies and Drinks

Parents and guardians must tell us about all allergies, intolerances and medical dietary requirements before attendance.

Children should understand which foods they must avoid and must not share food with other participants.

Each child may receive one free complimentary Ice Slushie or Hot Chocolate per booked day. Please contact us before Camp if you do not give permission for your child to receive this.

Medical Information and Fitness to Participate

Parents and guardians must provide complete and accurate details of any:

• Medical conditions
• Allergies or intolerances
• Injuries
• Medication
• Behavioural, educational or additional support needs
• Recent changes that could affect participation

Please provide this information before your child attends - even if it has already been discussed informally with a member of our team.

By allowing your child to attend, you confirm that they are physically fit and able to participate in Paintball, Laser Tag, quad biking and associated outdoor and physical activities.

Medication

Our Events Staff cannot administer medication. Where agreed with us in advance, they may supervise a child self-administering their medication.

Written parental consent and clearly labelled medication must be supplied, together with a covering letter containing full dosage and timing instructions.

Please contact us before Camp if your child carries emergency medication such as an inhaler or adrenaline auto-injector so that suitable arrangements can be agreed.

Outdoor Conditions

Adventure Camp operates in normal wet, muddy, cold and hot weather. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives prepared for the daily forecast.

Activities, schedules and areas of the venue may be adjusted when necessary for safety, weather, staffing or operational reasons.

We operate in all normal weather conditions except when Amber or higher-level storm winds, or other circumstances, make it unsafe to continue.

If Adventure Camp has to be cancelled because of circumstances outside our reasonable control - including government restrictions, dangerous weather, natural disasters or other force-majeure events - refunds will not apply.

Affected participants will be offered full flexibility to rebook an alternative Adventure Camp date free of charge. This rebooking will remain valid for up to 13 months from the original booked date.

Lost Property

Any lost property found will be returned to GO Action Forest HQ and made available for collection.

Lost property will be held for a maximum of 30 days, after which it may be disposed of or donated to charity.

Cancellations, Free Transfers and Rebookings

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee when a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of being made, provided the original booking was completed at least seven days before the child’s Adventure Camp start date.

Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours after being made are strictly non-refundable.

However, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. From 24 hours after booking until seven days before the booked Adventure Camp start date, the booking can be transferred and rebooked free of charge. The rebooking will remain valid for up to 13 months.

Missed Camp days, late arrivals, early collections, non-attendance or early withdrawal from activities do not qualify for a refund, transfer or rebooking.

Staffing, group sizes and participant plans are normally finalised one week before Camp. Any date change requested within seven days of the booked Adventure Camp start date will typically be subject to a £10 per participant, per day rebooking fee.

Future Activities and Free Added Extras

We will always aim to provide the activities, keepsakes, special offers and free added extras advertised at the time of booking.

All activities, added extras, keepsakes and special offers remain subject to availability and operational circumstances. If an advertised extra cannot be supplied, no cash refund, credit or alternative monetary value will be owed.

Changes to These Terms

GO Action Forest may update these details and Terms and Conditions when reasonably required for legal, safety or operational reasons.
